Dismissal Procedures

Our HES How DO I Get HOME form will be sent via email by Friday, August 9th.
Teachers will begin making phones calls on Friday, August 9th to introduce themselves.
If you are unable to connect with your childs teacher prior to Monday, August 12th, staff will be available onsite at our meet the teacher event to assist you.
Student safety is our top priority. Please help us keep your child safe by providing this information.

Dismissal Locations by Grade Level

Cars will not be allowed in the vistor driveway between 2:45pm-3:10pm.
Only buses and daycare vans will be allowed entry into driveway from 2:45pm-3:10pm.
At 3:15pm cars will be permitted into main driveway.
All older siblings will report to their younger sibling's dismissal location for afternoon departure. This will allow families to be picked up from one location.
Bus/Daycare will need to access the orange and yellow path at 3:10pm. Please do not enter the K-1 location or block the left lane for the 2-5 location prior to 3:10pm for dismissal.

2nd-5th Grade-will use the main entrance for dismissal.
2nd/3rd-will use the right lane closest to the curb.
4th/5th-will use the left lane closest to teacher parking lot.
All older siblings will report to their younger sibling's dismissal location for afternoon departure. This will allow families to be picked up from one location.

Special Programs

Special Programs-will use the rear entrance and follow the blue path to access the yellow path.
All older siblings will report to their younger sibling's dismissal location for afternoon departure. This will allow families to be picked up from one location.
